To me an athlete is someone who pushes themselves to be the best they can be through hard work, mindfulness, perseverance and dedication. They are individuals who through hard-work and consistency, find the best techniques to help them achieve their goals. And it is my goal to help you find those techniques best suited for you.
As a mental performance coach, certified Pilates instructor and nutrition coach, I will help you strengthen your mind, your body and improve your nutrition.
